As a Personal Care Assistant at Resthaven, you'll be part of a supportive team that works together to provide high quality, person centred care to older people in our residential care homes. - Relief Pool (must be able to work across a minimum of 3 sites, AM shifts only)

Essential Criteria

- Minimum 6 months experience working in the role of Personal Care Assistant or similar
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
- A genuine passion for providing person centred care
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to treating every resident with trust, dignity and respect
