We are currently expanding our roster and looking for premium casual Security Officers and Crowd Controllers to protect our clients, venues, and events across North Queensland.

What You Will Be Doing

Protect: Maintain the absolute safety and security of dynamic client premises, high-energy events, and hospitality venues.

Dynamic Problem Solving: Use your elite communication and de-escalation skills to manage and resolve challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Maintain the Standard: Keep meticulous incident reports, monitor environments with a razor-sharp eye for detail, and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols.

Represent the Brand: Act as the professional, approachable first point of contact for diverse patrons, clients, and the general public.

The Non-Negotiables (What You Need)

To step into this role, you must hold the following active qualifications:

Current Queensland Security License (Mandatory) AND Crowd Controller License





Current First Aid and CPR Certification (Or willingness to obtain)

Current RSA Certification (Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Australian Citizenship or unlimited working rights (Documentation may be required)

Experienced: Previous experience in a crowd control or venue security role is highly advantageous.

Resilient: Physically capable of remaining alert and standing on your feet for extended periods.

Flexible: Ready to take on a variety of shift structures, including weekdays, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Sharp: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to accurately document shift activities.
