ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organizations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We’re currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD Region. Having recently been awarded an exciting new project with Anglo American, servicing villages in Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura, we are currently looking for experienced Housekeepers and Kitchen Hands for permanent roles.

These roles are drive-in, drive-out only, therefore locals are encouraged to apply. Roster is 14 days on, 7 days off, working 10 hour days. Accommodation and meals are supplied.

The Position

Clean accommodation rooms and ensuites

Assist with food preparation and upkeep of dining room

Maintain high standard of cleanliness and food preparation

The Person

Experience in housekeeping, food and beverage, or industrial cleaning

Knowledge of food safety, service and preparation

A team player with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments

Willingness to assist across all departments as required





Physically fit with ability to pass a Coal board medical and pre-employment functional medical and drug and alcohol screen
