The Opportunity

We’re looking for the right people to join our production team in Mount Gambier.

This isn’t just about experience — it’s about attitude.

You’ll be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, operating equipment, supporting production, and contributing to a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

We currently have 2 different shift opportunities available:

- 4 x 12-hour continuous shift rotation (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)

- Day Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday (monthly RDO)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate machinery (including forklift) and support production processes

- Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets





- Monitor quality and take pride in getting things right the first time

- Identify issues and speak up to improve how things are done

- Work across different areas of production as needed

- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance

- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised
