WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

The Manager Corporate Operations – Mental Health Lead is a newly created senior leadership role within the Corporate Services Team, based at the Rural and Remote Mental Health Services (RRMHS) offices in Parkside. This position provides strategic and operational leadership across a broad corporate services portfolio, supporting high-quality mental health service delivery for rural and remote South Australian communities. Working collaboratively with internal leaders, site managers, and external stakeholders, the role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will have …….

- Proven experience managing corporate support services such as infrastructure, refurbishments, leasing, catering, cleaning, and facilities within complex operational environments.
- Strong capabilities in budget control, resource allocation, project delivery, and policy development aligned with organizational priorities.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence key internal and external stakeholders, and resolve complex issues with discretion.
- Solid understanding of quality management, WHS legislation, National Safety & Quality Standards,



and mandatory public sector requirements.
- A calm, proactive decision-maker who excels under pressure, handles competing regional multi-site demands, and fosters a positive team culture.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

- Direct and oversee Corporate Services functions across Rural and Remote Mental Health Services (RRMHS), translating network priorities into effective operational and business plans.
- Manage facility developments, site relocations, refurbishments, leasing, and equipment fit-outs to create high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments.
- Oversee core support services, including facilities maintenance, catering, cleaning, and laundry to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and service efficiency.
- Build collaborative partnerships with internal executive teams, site leads, government agencies, contractors, and community representatives to align and deliver service goals.
- Oversee budget allocations, cost control strategies, and service contracts while ensuring 100% legislative, regulatory, WHS, and accreditation compliance.
