The Project Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions. This role manages workforce logistics, project documentation, scheduling, and financial tracking, while also overseeing administrative systems, office coordination, and team support to maintain an effective and professional working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle telephone and reception duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
- Perform job-specific filing, emailing, and faxing
- Update and maintain project documentation
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding action items
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of staff and project activities
- Review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and issue quotes to clients
- Submit monthly progress claims
- Monitor and track financial performance of projects
