ARG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Workshop Assistant to join a busy workshop based in Pinkenba.
This is an ongoing Monday to Friday opportunity with immediate starts and the potential on-going temp to perm position for the right person.
What's on Offer:
- $35.00 per hour + Super + Overtime
- Monday to Friday with early starts and overtime available
- Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity
About the Role:
You will work within a busy workshop completing general repairs, welding and fabrication work, along with preparing equipment and components for use.
- General repairs, welding and fabrication
- Use of hand and power tools, painting and decal replacement
- General workshop duties and housekeeping
About You:
- Previous workshop, repair or Trade Assistant experience
- Welding and fabrication experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, physically fit and safety focused
- LF Forklift Licence desirable but not essential
