About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Warehouse Manager and helping ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and team performance

- Lead, motivate and supervise warehouse staff

- Coordinate & perform picking, packing, receiving and dispatch activities

- Assist with stock control, inventory and warehouse organisation

- Train and support new team members

About you

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience in a 3PL environment

- Previous team leader, supervisor or 2IC experience preferred but not essential

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team

- Forklift licence

- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
