Experienced in roofing or guttering and ready to get off the tools?

We are an established Sydney home improvement and maintenance business looking for an experienced roof plumber, gutter installer or roof maintenance professional to step into a supervisory and management role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical roofing and guttering experience who wants to use that knowledge without spending every day physically working on roofs.

The Role

Based from Silverwater, you will coordinate and oversee roof and gutter maintenance work across Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting roof and gutter problems and determining practical solutions

- Quoting and assessing maintenance work

- Scheduling and coordinating jobs

- Supervising installers, tradespeople and subcontractors

- Checking workmanship and completed jobs

- Liaising with customers from initial inspection through to completion

- Troubleshooting roofing, guttering and water-entry issues

- Organising materials and trades

- Providing practical technical guidance to installers

- Occasional hands-on work where required

The position combines your trade knowledge with job management, problem solving and customer service.

Who We’re Looking For

You may currently be working as a:

- Roof plumber

- Gutter installer

- Roof maintenance technician

- Roofer





- Roofing leading hand

- Roofing or maintenance supervisor

You don’t necessarily need to already be a manager.

We’re particularly interested in someone who has years of practical roofing/guttering experience and is ready for the next stage of their career.

Roof plumbing qualifications are highly regarded, but robust practical roof and gutter experience is particularly important.

You will need to be:

- Experienced with gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof repairs

- Practical and confident diagnosing problems

- Well organised

- Comfortable supervising tradespeople

- Good with customers

- Reliable and professional

- Able to manage multiple jobs

- Comfortable using a phone/tablet for photos, scheduling and job administration

- Holder of a current driver’s licence
