Community Accessability is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the independence and inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly. With six offices across regional Victoria, we provide transport, community access, and in-home services through the NDIS, HACCPYP and Aged Care programs.

Join Community Accessability as our Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in promoting our services, strengthening community relationships and enhancing our organisational profile across regional Victoria.

In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate community events and outreach activities, manage digital marketing and social media content, develop communication materials, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to increase awareness of our services.

- Qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations community development or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in community engagement, marketing or communications roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media, digital campaigns and website content
- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Experience coordinating events, community initiatives and partnerships
- Strong Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress and adobe Creative suite desirable
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel within regional Victoria
