The core needs of the gig:

- Work in tight unison with our current clients to gain a detailed understanding of the company specific features, challenges and nuances of our client portfolio
- Understand specific requirements for ad-hoc assignments and build and execute on a resource plan to manage the forecasted gaps which exist within the projects we are involved in




- Maintain exceptional standards for client satisfaction (both candidate and customer), including but not limited to detailed face-to-face and video screening interviews, coordination and management of deep-dive technical testing and covert project & cultural background checks

In order to be considered for the role you must:

- Proven technical recruitment experience in either an agency, search or in-house setting
- Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand what happens within enterprise ICT projects
- An embracement of technology and digital and the advantages both can have on your ability to work smarter and essentially spend more time away from work
- Be pro-active and have a care-factor - you have to see what you do as valuable when done in the right way you have to care about what the client and your colleagues think of the service you're providing
