About the role

Smarter Air is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. As a residential specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a range of air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time role with competitive remuneration and work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems

- Diagnosing and repairing faults in air conditioning ducted and split system equipment

- Providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on the proper use and care of their HVAC systems

- Maintaining accurate records of all work completed and parts used

- Adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations

- Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair (e.g. Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration)

- Applicants holding dual trades (e.g., Sparky/Fridgy) are highly advantageous and strongly encouraged to apply

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a residential HVAC technician

- Solid technical skills and problem-solving abilities





- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
