About the role

As a Site Supervisor at Urban Reach Building Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and secure delivery of rectification and new construction projects. This full-time position is based in Brisbane and the Northern Gold Coast and suit someone living in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. It involves leading a team to ensure the successful completion of residential and commercial builds.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities and personnel

2. Ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets

3. Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on site

4. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships

5. Promoting a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols

6. Providing hands-on support and guidance to the construction team

7. Monitoring quality control and implementing corrective measures as needed

8. Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively coordinate and motivate teams

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment





5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

6. Working knowledge of relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders

8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
