Alpro Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator to join our growing team at our Baringa factory on the Sunshine Coast.

We're a locally owned and operated aluminium window and door manufacturer focused on producing high-quality products, providing great service and building a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth ahead, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to become a valued part of our team.

About the role

You'll be involved in the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Your day-to-day work will include:

- Fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors

- Cutting, machining and processing aluminium extrusions

- Fitting hardware and components

- Reading fabrication sheets, cutting lists and job specifications

- Completing work accurately and to a high standard

- Quality checking completed products

- Working with the factory team to meet production schedules

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

About you

We're looking for someone who is:





- Experienced in aluminium window and door fabrication

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Quality focused with strong attention to detail

- Confident using hand and power tools

- Able to read measurements and fabrication information accurately

- Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment

- A good communicator and team player

- Committed to producing quality work

Experience manufacturing Alspec window and door systems would be highly regarded, although it isn't essential for the right person.
