You will manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties with assistant support, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high level of service.

The Opportunity This is a Monday-to-Friday position with no weekend work, offering a package of up to $105,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties
- Work closely with dedicated Property Management support
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
- Monitor and manage arrears
- Oversee routine inspections




- Manage tenancy matters and compliance
- Ensure a high level of service across the portfolio
