The role

We are looking for an experienced senior HR advisor to join our People & Culture team for six months to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a heand-on generalist role with variety and impact.

You'll partner with leaders to support workforce initiatives, navigate employee relations matters, coach managers, provide policy advice, and ensure we continue to deliver an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality HR advice and guidance to leaders and employees.

- Manage and support a range of employee relations matters including performance, conduct and policy interpretation and application.

- Coach and develop leaders to build capability and confidence in people management.

- Support recruitment activities and provide back up recruitment support when required, including supporting employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, development and offboarding.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures.

About you

You are an experienced HR skilled who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent relationship management skills. You are comfortable operating independently and taking ownership for your functions while working collegiately within a small team and able to manage competing priorities to provide balance, pragmatic advice in a complex environment.

You will bring

- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR advisory or HR business partnering role.





- Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of employment legislatoin.

- Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders.

- Experience in interpreting and applying policies, procedures and industrial instruments.

- Excellent communication , consultation and stakeholder management ski8lls.

- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and sound professional judgement.

Appointment to this role is subject to successful completion of a National Police Check.
