Banyan Software in Melbourne is seeking a senior Head of Legal to serve as the principal legal resource for the APAC region, leading end-to-end M&A; support and GC‑style advisory for our headquarters and operating companies. Based in Melbourne, the Head of Legal will work closely with the APAC Group President, our General Counsel in Toronto, and external advisers to guide negotiations, governance, compliance, contracts, and risk across rapid‑growth markets.
