Anglicare NT is seeking a dedicated case manager to deliver intensive case management, advocacy, referrals, and group work to prevent tenancy crises and promote long-term housing stability.

You will work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, bringing sensitivity and insight to address housing issues, and collaborate with partners to build sustainable support networks while maintaining accurate records.
