Nixor Workforce is a Perth-based labour hire company specialising in workforce solutions across Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Civil Construction.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our workforce and support our growing client base across Western Australia.

You will play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality mechanical maintenance and installation services across a range of industrial projects.

Working with our industry partners, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical fitting, maintenance, breakdown repairs, and servicing requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical fitting, maintenance, repairs, and servicing on industrial equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete breakdown repairs efficiently
- Carry out installation, shutdown, and project works as required
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site requirements




- Complete maintenance reports, job records, and compliance documentation
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and site teams
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety standards

About You:

- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
- Previous experience working within Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Civil industries
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skill
