About the Role:

As Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring service standards are consistently met while creating memorable guest experiences at every opportunity.

You will take a hands-on approach to leading the front office and guest services functions, supporting guests throughout their stay while managing enquiries, resolving concerns and ensuring smooth operational performance across the property.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will monitor staffing levels, manage operational priorities and contribute to achieving key financial and service objectives. Your ability to build strong guest relationships, anticipate customer needs and create exceptional experiences will be key to your success in this role.

This position is ideal for an emerging hospitality leader looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and professional hotel environment.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Front Office Manager or similar hotel leadership position.
- Experience using OPERA Property Management System or similar hotel management software.
- Strong guest service focus with the ability to manage complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Excellent leadership,



communication and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Australian working rights and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in hospitality management.
