Since 1985, we've designed and distributed apparel, surf products and accessories that are sold across Australia and international markets. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our Perth team and be the first point of contact for our customers, retailers and visitors.

About the Role

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Rusty Australia — managing front-of-house duties while supporting both our Wholesale and Online Customer Service teams. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on staying organised, loves problem-solving, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What you'll be doing

Front of House

- Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, messages and general enquiries

- Sorting and distributing daily mail, and managing outgoing post/courier requirements

- Keeping reception and office supplies (stationery, printer paper) well stocked





- Keep reception presentable and assisting office managers with tasks as required

- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with relevant teams and staff

Wholesale Customer Service Support

- Responding to customer service enquiries from AUS & NZ retailers and independent customers

- Uploading daily B2B orders, noting any special requests or discounts

Online Customer Service Support

- Assisting online customers with enquiries

- Accurately packing online orders

- Processing online returns and, over time, entering online orders into the system

What we're looking for

- Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service or sales (desirable)

- Solid computer skills across Excel, Outlook and Word

- Outstanding attention to detail and solid numerical skills

- Excellent time management and organisational ability

- A friendly, personable and proactive attitude

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player mindset

- Someone who takes initiative, doesn't wait to be asked, and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done
