Rimkus experts specialise in forensic consulting, dispute resolution and construction management services, solutions for the built environment, and human factors support for the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries.

Rimkus is expanding its Asia-Pacific operations, and we are recruiting an Associate Consultant experienced in Planning and Delay on Construction projects for our Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to progress their career within delay analysis.

Role

The role requires a recent graduate or someone with exposure within the Engineering/Data Analysis space. You will be a self-motivated individual who is technically savvy and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing project documents and converting into a manageable database
- Preparation of graphics, tabular reports and presentations
- Assisting in carrying out delay analysis on claims and formal disputes
- Writing/drafting sections of expert reports

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management or related subject
- 1 to 5 years of experience in any related field
- Excellent command of MS Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
- Excellent, demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Experience in planning software packages such as Primavera P6, MS Projects, PowerProject, SureTrack and Acumen Fuse is preferred but not essential
