We're looking for an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of Karmo's finance function.
Reporting to the Corporate Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for owning the month-end close process across multiple entities, maintaining balance sheet integrity, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering accurate management reporting. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop team members while working closely with senior leadership across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end month-end close process across multiple entities
- Prepare month-end journals including accruals, prepayments, depreciation and intercompany entries
- Deliver consolidated management reporting including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure ledger integrity
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries
- Review payroll processing and reconciliations in partnership with People & Culture
- Review BAS workpapers, PAYG reconciliations and tax-related reporting
- Maintain the group fixed asset register and vehicle fleet accounting records
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasting and board reporting
- Support audits and ensure ongoing statutory compliance
- Mentor and support members of the finance team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards) highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years' accounting experience
- Demonstrated experience managing the full month-end close cycle
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and statutory compliance
- Experience working across multiple entities and consolidated reporting environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with auditors, advisors and business leaders
- Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Current Australian Driver's Licence is desirable
