Turner & Townsend on the Gold Coast is seeking a Cost Manager/Analyst to own end-to-end cost management for major programs. You will analyse costs, monitor forecasts and drive cost efficiency from the client site three days per week.
The role requires a Construction Management or Engineering degree, Chartered status with AIQS or RICS, 4+ years cost experience, and robust reporting skills using CostX, PowerBI or SAP. Knowledge of procurement and lifecycle cost planning is essential.
