DXC Technology in Australia seeks an IT Field Services Technician to support mining clients across Regional NSW. Based in Newcastle with occasional travel to regional sites, you will be the onsite face delivering high‑quality IT support for end‑user devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
You will work within a Managed Services framework, resolve incidents, perform IMAC activities, and coordinate with DXC remote teams to meet SLAs. OT awareness and protected practice are essential.
