Wishbone, the current Lucas Collective concept opening in Melbourne's CBD, is seeking passionate Sommeliers to join the opening team. This hands-on role focuses on exceptional wine service, cellar management and creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with Loïc Avril, Group Wine Director, and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, who lead the group's wine programs. Grow your wine knowledge and help shape Wishbone's wine experience from day one.
