Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients on employment matters, including contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution
- Lead or support employment-related investigations and negotiations
- Assist clients in navigating workplace compliance and governance challenges
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex advisory and litigation matters
- Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring junior colleagues
About You
- 3–6 years post-admission experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer
- Strong understanding of employment law with experience across advisory and dispute matters
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with robust time management and prioritisation skills
- Eager to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture
