As a Holiday Booking Consultant at McGrath Port Stephens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and bookings for our holiday rental properties located in the beautiful Nelson Bay area of NSW. This full-time position will see you working closely with both new and returning guests to ensure their holiday experience is seamless from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to inbound enquiries from potential guests, providing information on our holiday rental properties and availability
- Processing holiday bookings and managing the reservation system to ensure accurate data and timely confirmations
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout the booking process and during their stay




- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintaining strong relationships with our property owners and providers
- Supporting the wider reservations and customer service team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers
- Robust time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple bookings and enquiries
