Barber Property Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis in Caloundra. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth and productive operation of our prestigious hospitality establishments. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our properties.

What you'll be doing

- Ensuring all guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces are cleaned to the highest standards
- Restocking and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Adhering to established hotel policies and procedures for cleaning and maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns promptly
- Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to maintain seamless operations
- Assisting with inventory checks and reporting maintenance where required
- Use of Housekeeping software
- Moderate physical fitness is required for making beds, light lifting and handling cleaning equipment and supplies

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role within the hospitality industry
- Some housekeeping experience is required, but all applicants are encouraged to apply




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Australian work rights are required for this position
