About the Role

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the store's customer service department, ensuring both smooth operation and exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities include managing and coaching the team, completing stock takes, generating rosters, and more.
