Laing O'Rourke, with joint venture partner Amentum Australia, will playa central rolein supportingAustralianNaval Infrastructure (ANI)to develop and deliver theNuclear-PoweredSubmarineConstructionYard(NPSCY)project at Osborne, South Australia.
We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure,site‑widenuclear licensee developmentexpertise, and nuclear safety leadership. We are currently seeking a Reporting Manager to join our AUKUS team. Ifyou're ready to domeaningfulandcareer-defining work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of agreed reporting outputs across the Integrated Delivery Office (IDO).
- Manage and support a team of reporting coordinators and business intelligence professionals responsible for reporting requirements, reporting calendars and project performance insights.
- Collaborate with Functional and Area Leads to define reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate and consistent reporting outcomes.
- Work closely with PMO Leads and Integrated Delivery Office Executives to understand business challenges and develop reporting artefacts that support effective decision‑making.
- Develop reporting approaches that recognise varying levels of operational maturity across delivery teams and support successful ANI outcomes.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative reporting solutions, leveraging digital technologies, data analytics and visualisation tools.
- Manage reporting inputs from supply chain partners, including coordination, review, quality assurance and integration into consolidated IDO reporting.
- Liaise with IT and digital teams to align reporting systems, data requirements and technology solutions.
