We're currently looking for two Desktop Support Engineers to join a growing, highly creative technology environment supporting a global team of talented artists, developers and production professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and working in an environment where technology, creativity and innovation come together.
You’ll be part of a collaborative global support function, providing day-to-day technical support while also getting exposure to specialist creative technology, infrastructure and security environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to users both on‑site and remotely.
- Troubleshooting a broad range of hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
- Supporting office technology including AV equipment, meeting rooms and workplace hardware.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting specialist software.
- Managing user accounts, permissions and Group Policies through Active Directory.
- Supporting endpoint security, antivirus and wider cyber security controls.
- Managing users and data within a Google Enterprise environment.
- Supporting and maintaining Perforce.
- Monitoring network environments and investigating potential issues or events.
- Maintaining hardware and software inventories and ensuring technology assets are accurately recorded.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, Helpdesk processes and user guides.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the reliability, performance and security of the technology setting.
- Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across a global team.
