Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide in-home care and support to clients living in the community. This is a casual position offering adaptable shifts, ideal for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in people's lives. About the role:

You will support clients in their own homes with daily living activities, personal care, and community access, helping them live independently and participate fully in their community.

- Key responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming
- Support with domestic tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide companionship and support with community access, appointments, and social activities
- Assist with mobility and use of aids/equipment as required
- Follow individual support plans and report any changes in client wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation/case notes
- Promote client dignity, independence, and choice at all times
