Your Role:
Trainer and Assessor - Cert III Hairdressing
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for teaching and excellent communication skills to join us with casual offerings available. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering class-based training sessions at our nominated campuses.
Conducting assessment marking and ensuring timely turnaround to support students.
Participating in validation and development activities to maintain compliance and industry standards.
Ensuring our assessment products are of the highest quality and relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for Certificate III in Hairdressing students - Face to Face and Apprentice Delivery available
Assessment and Feedback
Complete assessment marking promptly and provide constructive feedback to students.
Compliance and Development
Participate in validation and development activities to ensure our training materials meet compliance and industry standards.
Student Support
Be an approachable and supportive mentor to help students achieve their qualifications.
Requirements
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent (OR enrolled into this qualification to commence)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with online delivery and assessment is highly regarded.
Ability to meet company KPIs regarding assessment turnaround times.
