As Manager, you'll take on a dual focus across client delivery and people leadership, covering:

Owning client engagements end-to-end, delivering strong outcomes and building lasting relationships

Guiding and upskilling junior team members through hands-on coaching, training and mentorship

Representing the firm across industry events, networking groups and professional forums

Being a visible, present leader who supports team collaboration and development

Taking part in the firm's Leadership Development Program, built to fast-track your growth in communication & feedback, stakeholder management, and business development & commercial acumen
