About the Role

You’ll join a high-performing team acting for clients across shipping, transport, manufacturing, logistics, and domestic and international trade. The work spans commercial litigation, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters within a globally connected practice.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Domestic and international commercial arbitration
- Logistics and procurement matters connected to major infrastructure and property projects
- Ship and yacht sale, purchase, repair and commercial transaction work
- Commodity sale contracts, drafting and dispute resolution
- Regulatory and compliance advice, including statutory interpretation and competition-related issues

About You





- A commercial disputes lawyer with approximately 3+ years’ PAE
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border matters is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
- Enthusiasm for complex commercial work and client engagement in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors
