Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr – A$90,000.00/yr

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with experience owning end-to-end Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for an expanding digital marketing agency.

- 2-5 years of experience owning paid media campaigns
- Up to $90K + Super
- Client facing role – briefing, strategy, account management
- Must be an Australian Citizen or PR

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will manage and oversee paid media accounts across paid social and paid search, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The role focuses on developing and owning paid media strategy, translating business objectives into transparent briefs for internal teams and offshore specialists.



You will ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities, provide strategic direction and manage timelines across multiple accounts.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 2-5 years of experience in paid media, account management, or similar roles
- Confidence briefing internal teams and offshore delivery partners for campaign implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client‑first mindset
- Solid understanding of paid media best practices, platforms and measurement frameworks
- Australian Citizenship or PR
