The Opportunity

Step into a senior employment and workplace relations role where you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape your practice and lead significant client relationships across Australia. This is more than a traditional legal role — it’s an opportunity to establish yourself as a recognised market leader in the field.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage complex workplace relations matters before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and various state tribunals.
- Drive business development initiatives, including client seminars, networking events, and industry presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
- Advise on Employment Practices Liability (EPL) matters for leading insurers.
- Deliver strategic advice on employment, discrimination, health and safety, and industrial relations issues.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 8+ years’ PQE in workplace relations or employment law.
- Demonstrated experience appearing before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.
- Proven business development capability and ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.




- Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring and managing team members.
- Technical excellence in employment, discrimination, and industrial relations law.
