This is a full time, office-based PAID traineeship, perfect for ambitious individuals ready to start building a long-term career. Over a 12-month contract, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business.
No experience? No problem! This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Print invoices and manage service documentation
- Open and close service orders
- Data entry and record management in internal systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries
- Support the warehouse and spare parts team
About You:
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
