Obsidian is seeking an experienced UI/UX and product designer evaluator to define grading criteria for real-world digital design tasks and to score AI-generated and human work samples with rigorous, written justifications.

You will apply evidence-based judgment, incorporate senior reviewer feedback, and iterate quickly to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible across complex dashboards, onboarding flows, and production handoffs.
