About the Role

We have an chance for another capable, Experienced Gardener to join the team Monday to Friday (5 days approx 8am-430pm), with more hours available if you wish. Your initial induction will be with owner/operator based near the city, with the view to you driving a supplied work vehicle independently once established. The classification will Casual, but 5 days/40 hrs a week are guaranteed.

Your duties would include but not be limited to:

- Driving the work vehicle from job to job with an assistant




- Possession of a full car licence is required
- Engaging with clients
- Lawn care and hedge trimming
- Pruning, weeding and planting
- Pest control
- Liaising with the owner of the business
- Maintaining our services and high operational standards

About You

To be successful in your application for this role, you will need to bring your strong work ethic, reliability and previous experience of at least 12 months along with:

- Being competent with all general machinery (mower, whipper, hedger, pruner etc); weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs etc
- Demonstrate care toward our clients and their properties
- Having the ability to work independently, take responsibility for driving and caring for the work vehicle and equipment
- Adherence to standards and procedures.
- Living within a maximum 30 minutes drive of Melbourne CBD at peak traffic periods - essential
