Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect

Employment: Permanent, Full time

Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver full‑stack solutions with strong front‑end expertise in Next.js and robust backend development in C#/.NET Core.
- Act as a technical leader—mentor engineers, run workshops, and drive best practices.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using GraphQL, REST, and modern data access patterns.
- Work end‑to‑end with a DevSecOps mindset, including CI/CD, automated tests, security, monitoring, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Use AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Promote innovation, challenge existing approaches,



and bring creative problem‑solving skills.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Strong experience across SDLC, architecture, design, deployment, and Agile delivery.
- Expertise in Next.js, React, C#, .NET Core, and microservices design.
- Hands‑on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity).
- Strong knowledge of security standards, DevSecOps, logging, monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus), and SLI/SLO concepts.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, API design, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, Regression, Playwright, JMeter).
- Experience with DevOps toolchain (GitHub, Artifactory, Octopus, SonarQube, Snyk).
