About the role

We're looking for an organised, hands-on Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at al.ive body. Working closely with our Senior Ecommerce Manager, you'll deliver the day to day execution that keeps our Shopify stores, CRM program and web content running.

This is a hands-on role. You'll upload and merchandise products, turn promotions on and off, build EDM and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, publish blog content, maintain our Amazon listings and coordinate web assets across channels. You'll also pick up work for other members of the marketing team as priorities require.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Platform Operations

- Upload and maintain product listings across our Shopify stores in Australia and New Zealand, including DTC, wholesale and corporate.

- Merchandise collection and category pages, including cross sell placements.

- Turn promotions and sales events on and off, including discount codes, banners and landing pages.

- Keep stock status current and support new store launches as we expand internationally.

- Run regular site audits and maintain policy and FAQ pages.

- Moderate incoming product reviews before they publish.

CRM and Email/SMS (Klaviyo)





- Build email and SMS campaigns from brief, including template build, content population, QA and scheduling.

- Build and adjust automated flows to specification.

- Pull audience segments and lists as directed, manage basic list hygiene, and report on send performance.

Content and Blog

- Draft, format and publish blog content on site, from SEO driven briefs through to brand storytelling.

- Coordinate with our SEO agency on content briefs and delivery schedules.

Marketplace Management (Amazon)

- Upload and maintain Amazon listings, keeping product, pricing and promotional information current.

Web Asset Coordination

- Receive assets from our brand and creative team, then resize, format and optimise them for each channel.

- File and organise assets for easy access and reuse, and manage small asset requests through to completion.

Loyalty Program Support

- Support the on-site build and content for our upcoming loyalty program, plus related email and SMS campaigns and ongoing member communications.

What we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or CRM, ideally at a direct to consumer or omnichannel retail brand.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.

- Experience with an email/SMS platform, Klaviyo preferred.

- Strong writing skills, with experience creating on-site or blog content.

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central highly regarded.

- Experience in premium consumer, beauty, skincare, home or personal care brands preferred.

- Great attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and comfortable managing multiple small workstreams and stakeholders at once.
