NeuroCentrix is a leading multidisciplinary mental health and neuroscience organisation providing specialist psychiatry, psychology, neuropsychology, TMS, ketamine therapy and clinical research services across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania. We're seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead and develop our administration function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

About the Role

This is a newly created leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Leading a team of approximately 10–15 administration professionals, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the administration function, strengthening team capability and driving continuous improvement across our specialist mental health services.

Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you'll help shape systems, processes and service delivery while ensuring our administration team continues to provide an exceptional experience for both patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead,



mentor and develop a team of approximately 10–15 administration professionals
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of our specialist mental health clinics
- Foster a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
- Drive continuous improvement across administrative systems, workflows and service delivery
- Develop and implement consistent administrative processes and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching and performance development of administration staff
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and leaders to ensure exceptional patient and clinician experiences
- Oversee clinician diary management, appointment scheduling and treatment service utilisation
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, administrative procedures and quality standards
- Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to support strategic initiatives and organisational growth
- Work collaboratively with the Technology & Systems Manager to deliver integrated operational improvements

About You

You're an approachable and confident leader who enjoys developing people and creating high-performing teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy improving systems and processes,



and have the ability to balance operational priorities with a solid focus on people and service.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience as an Administration Manager, Practice Manager or similar leadership role within healthcare, medical or allied health
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing administration teams
- Strong operational and organisational management skills
- Experience improving systems, workflows and business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to drive change and continuous improvement
- Experience using Clinic to Cloud or similar medical practice management software
- Understanding of Medicare, private billing and healthcare administration
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
