- Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and workflows

- Previous experience in a production or assembly role
- Strong practical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
