About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 31 August 2028
The HR Operations Advisor manages employee lifecycle processes and maintains the Department’s organisational structure in the VicGov People system. Working closely with the People Operations team, the role delivers productive, customer-focused HR services by processing employee changes, maintaining accurate people and position data, and providing advice to stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures (mandatory).




- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, and experience using HRIS platforms.
