As they embark on a finance transformation journey, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise ensures payroll accuracy for a diverse workforce across multiple sites.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll for a large, multi‑site workforce using ADP or similar systems.
- Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and streamline processes.
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits,
and month‑end activities.
- Support system upgrades and automation initiatives.
- About You:
- 4+ years of payroll experience in a high‑volume, quick‑paced environment.
- Degree‑qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of ADP, SAP, or similar payroll systems.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
Base Pay Range: A$100,000.00/yr – A$110,000.00/yr
