Barwon Health’s Subacute at Home Program is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to support patients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and wellbeing.
You’ll work across GEM and Rehabilitation with a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-focused interventions, managing caseloads, and completing clinical documentation to support positive outcomes. Permanent full time role with 80hrs/fortnight and salary packaging. Includes ADOs, 5 weeks leave.
