What You’ll Do

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce integrations across complex, multi‑system environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Document integration designs, prepare technical specifications, and provide governance for best practices.
- Guide and mentor team members to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Technical/Integration Lead.




- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations across microservices‑driven environments.
- Experience with full‑cycle Salesforce implementations (greenfield preferred), ideally in Financial Services Cloud.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
