The Role
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and content output — from strategy through to execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands brand storytelling, and knows how to turn strong creative into content that performs. If you’re equal parts creative, strategic and highly organised, and thrive in a small team environment with real autonomy — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Strategy & Channel Ownership — Own and lead the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn for the Clean Collective brand and co-founder Holly
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned to launches, campaigns, partnerships, personal brand and cultural moments
- Act as a key brand custodian, ensuring tone, visuals and messaging are consistently on-brand
- Content Creation & Shoot Coordination — Create, capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for organic and paid social
- Own the organisation and production management of campaign shoots, including booking talent, locations and suppliers, managing timelines and logistics, and preparing briefs and shot lists in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate smaller shoots, interviews, behind-the-scenes and social-first content moments
- Influencers, Partnerships & Collaborations — Identify, manage and nurture influencer relationships and collaborations
- Manage gifting programs, content deliverables and timelines
- Ensure creator output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Community & Culture — Community management and engagement across all platforms
- Ensure responses are timely, human and aligned with brand tone
- Stay across social trends, creators and cultural moments relevant to our audience
- Paid Content & Performance Alignment — Work with our Digital Ad specialist and Marketing Manager to develop content designed to perform across paid channels
- Deliver click-worthy assets, formats and variations suited to Meta and TikTok
- Use performance insights to inform future content planning
- General Marketing & PR Support — Provide general marketing support across the wider business,
working closely with the team on product launches, brand activations and events, promotions and campaigns, festivals, tastings and on-the-ground brand moments, PR, and support the execution of marketing initiatives where content, social and storytelling are required
About You
- Experience: 4–6+ years in social media, content or digital marketing roles
- Strategic Ownership: Confident owning a social strategy end-to-end
- Highly Organised: Strong project management and production coordination skills
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight
- Creative Eye: Strong understanding of brand, content and storytelling
- Editing: Able to edit content efficiently and in an engaging way that performs
- Bonus Skills: Humour, e-commerce experience, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo
